Fidan Israfil-Bayli
Founder & CEO
Dr Israfil-Bayli is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with more than 25 years of experience, working at Birmingham Women’s Hospital.She’s a member of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists UK (RCOG)and British society of Urogynaecologists (BSUG). She had PhD from Azerbaijan (2009)on postdates pregnancy and MD from University of Birmingham (2018)- Cerclage outcome by the type of (COTS) study. She has numerous publications in high impact journals. Dr Israfil-Bayli is actively involved in research and is PI on few projects including CSTICH 2.
Heydar Mammadli
Secretary General
Heydar Mammadli completed his medical education at Ankara University School of Medicine. He subsequently worked at VM Medical Park Hospital. Since 2024, he has been working at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Queen’s Medical Centre, where he continues to develop his clinical expertise and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Dr Konul Hajiyeva

Locum Consultant in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Critical Care at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. Worked as a Specialist in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care for many years in Ankara University School of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey. Has a European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (DESAIC). Also certified by the Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation (TARD). Has a PGCert in Leadership, Research and Education from the University of Cambridge as well as an MSc in Human Factors and patient safety.
